I didn't build another sobriety tracker.
I built it because I was looking for something that didn't exist.

Founder of Soberise
When I decided to stop drinking, I searched for an app that could help me understand what was happening inside me. Most apps showed a number of sober days, some motivational quotes, and simple achievements. But recovery is much more than counting days.
There are difficult mornings, sudden cravings, changing moods, moments of doubt, and small victories that nobody else sees.
I wanted a tool that could help me answer the questions that actually mattered:
- How is my body recovering?
- Why do I feel different today?
- What triggers my difficult moments?
- How can I keep moving forward?
So I started building Soberise — for myself.
The first version was simple: just a way to track my progress. But over time it became something much bigger. I added features based on real experience — mood tracking, recovery milestones, personal statistics, reflections, and tools to help stay focused on a healthier life.
Every feature has a reason behind it. If something doesn't help a person on their recovery journey, it doesn't belong in Soberise.
Soberise is not about perfection. It's not about judging the past. It's about understanding yourself, seeing your progress, and taking one more step forward every day.
I created this app because I know how important support can be when you decide to change your life. And I hope Soberise can be that small piece of support for everyone who chooses a life without alcohol.
Built by someone who walked this path.
